Saturday:
We offer a 5-Course Tasting Menu ranging in price from 350K IDR per person, 650K IDR per couple subtotal.
We will serve soup, appetizers, and a couple of small plate specials before diving into the Chef's experience with a progression of light to heavier flavors.
Please note: we serve raw fish and shrimp on a regular basis.
It is a Chef’s choice course/tasting menu that usually consists of the best of what we have, as well as seasonal ingredients. Many of the fish and seafood we are using are purchased from Jimbaran Seafood Market, arguably the most famous place for purchasing the freshest and most delicious seafood in Bali.

Please follow the guidelines below before reserving:
1. NOT available after 8:15 PM (Friday).
2. Please request for Tasting Menu in the notes of your reservation for however many guests and at what time: 4 pm or 7:30 pm.
3. If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee Tasting Menu as we are often fully committed and need to respect everyone's time.
4. We have 2 seating options: Chef's Counter or Chef's Table. The difference is at the Chef's counter, the Chef who is making your order will also serve you versus a server at a table.

Saturday availability is limited for up to SIX seats at Chef’s Counter and FOUR seats at The Chef’s Table.
Reservations are mandatory for at least 24 hours previously.
The price is 350K IDR per guest or 650K IDR couple.

Due to high demand and limited space, we will not be able to accommodate for allergies or any dietary restrictions.
A typical seating will last about 2 hours.
A 24-hour reservation is required. No same-day walk-in, unless some empty spots are available due to cancellation.
We cannot guarantee the full menu to guests who are more than 15 minutes late.
